Terms of Purchase – Stanlea
When you shop with Stanlea, these terms help you understand how your order works—from placing it to getting your items, and what to do if you need a return or refund. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Placing Your Order
Once you finish checking out, we’ll send you an email to confirm your order. This email has your order number and all the details, so check it over. If something’s out of stock, we’ll let you know within a day and offer options like a refund or waiting for it to come back in stock.
All prices on our site are in USD, and that includes any taxes you might owe. Make sure your shipping address and order details are right before you pay—we can’t change them after you place the order.
2. Shipping Your Order
- When we send it: Most orders go out within 1–3 business days after we get your payment. If it takes longer (like during busy times), we’ll email you to let you know.
- When you get it: After we ship your order, it usually takes 6–12 days to arrive. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
- Shipping cost: It’s free! No matter where you are in the world, we won’t charge extra for shipping.
3. Returns and Refunds
- Return window: You can send back items for a full refund within 60 days of getting them, as long as they’re unused, unopened, and not damaged. Custom items can only be returned if they’re broken or wrong.
- How to return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and why you want to return. We’ll send you a free return label and tell you how to send the item back.
- Getting your refund: Once we get the item and check it (usually within 3–5 days), we’ll process your refund. It takes 5–10 days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
4. Paying for Your Order
We take all major credit cards, PayPal, and other safe payment methods you’ll see at checkout. All payments are in USD. Your bank might charge a small fee for converting currency—ask them for details.
When you pay, you’re saying you’re allowed to use that payment method and all the info is correct.
5. If Something’s Wrong
If your order arrives broken, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, email us at [email protected] within 7 days. Send photos of the problem and your order number, and we’ll send you a new one or give you a full refund—no extra cost.

We might update these terms sometimes. If we do, we’ll change the “Last Updated” date below. If you keep shopping with us after that, it means you agree to the new terms.
